We tried to develop a Conversational Agent (CA), by making a marriage between Intelligence Artificial (I.A) and maritime safety regulations, to facilitate learning of Standard Marine Communication Phrases (S.M.C.P) adopted by the International Maritime Organization.

Therefore, the Conversational Agent (CA) or chatbot "Maritime Safety Bot" could be implanted into a website, as being able to chat with users in different areas according to their needs, particularly in the maritime and port domain, which facilitates accessibility to the information, respond to reduce paperwork and to be useful in e-Learning.
